I am Kate Wuytenburg and I am a registered Realtor in London and surrounding areas. I have recently joined Oliver and Associates Real Estate Brokerage.
My entire life has been spent in the London area; I grew up in Birr, just north of London, before settling down in Masonville. I graduated from Western University with an honours BA. During my undergrad, I had the opportunity to work for one of London’s largest development companies, which piqued my interest in Real Estate. Working in the industry allowed me to understand the complexities of homeownership and land development. I realized that this was the perfect career for me. Pairing my experience in customer service and real estate development made me realize the role of a Realtor was my destiny.
In my opinion, a Realtor is someone who puts their clients first, focuses on setting sensible goals, and achieves success. Let me be the expert by your side throughout the process of buying or selling your home.
